4 October 2020 - Jabrayil city (and 90 villages in the region during the war) / 9 October 2020 - Hadrut settlement, Khojavend region (and 35 villages in the region during the war) / 17 October 2020 - Fuzuli city (and 53 villages in the region during the war) / 20 October 2020 - Zengilan city (and Minjivan, Aghbend and Bartaz settlements, the Bartaz, Sighirt, Shukurataz and 5 other unnamed heights, and 52 villages in the region during the war) / 25 October 2020 - Gubadli city (and 41 villages in the region during the war) / 8 November 2020 - Shusha city / Also during the war - 3 villages in Terter region, 9 villages in Khojaly region, 3 villages in Lachin region, several strategic heights towards Aghdere and Murovdagh / 20 November 2020 - the occupied 73% of Aghdam region / 25 November 2020 - Kelbajar region / 1 December 2020 - Lachin region. In all, as a result of the second Karabakh war, between 27 September and 9 November 2020, 5 cities, 4 settlements and 286 villages were liberated from Armenian occupation. The Gazakh region villages Baghanis Ayrim, Kheyrimli, Sofulu, Barkhudarli, Yukhari Askipara, Gizil Hajili and Ashaghi Askipara, as well as Kerki village in the Sadarak region of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic, will also be liberated from Armenian occupation. After the cessation of hostilities on 10 November 2020, Azerbaijan's sovereignty was established over other cities, settlements and villages in Karabakh, and the territorial integrity of the Republic of Azerbaijan was restored. A meeting between Azerbaijan’s Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov and OSCE Minsk Group Co-chairs Igor Popov (Russia), Stéphane Visconti (France) and Andrew Schofer (USA) took place in New York, the Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry told News.Az.

The sides discussed the negotition process on the Armenia-Azerbaijan Nagorno-Nagorno conflict, the situation in the conflict zone, as well as the future plans and prospects of the co-chairs for the conflict resolution.

Minister Mammadyarov is also scheduled to meet with his Armenian counterpart on Sept. 23 through the mediation of the OSCE Minsk Group co-chairs.
