Salome Samadashvili the leader of the Georgia’s opposition party United National Movement has demanded from Georgian MFA to lend clarity to views on implementing weapon supply to Armenia through the territory of the country, APA’s Georgian bureau reports.

Salome Samadashvili emphasized that allowing such a situation violates Georgia's international obligations.

"We have an international obligation not to transport military cargo through Georgia to any of the parties to the conflict. Therefore, I call on the Foreign Ministry to lend clarity to this issue immediately," she said.

It should be noted that a number of media outlets reported on the delivery of a large number of mortars of various calibers from Serbia to Armenia. It was noted that the mortars were transferred to Armenia via Georgia.
