APA. Armenia intends to disrupt the negotiation process on the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict by all means, Samad Seyidov, Azerbaijani MP, head of the Azerbaijani Delegation to PACE, told reporters on Tuesday.

He noted that regardless of Armenia’s intention, the negotiation will not change the status quo in the conflict.

“On the negotiating table there are four resolutions of the UN Security Council and statements by all international observes involved in this process in the connection with the change of the status quo,” Seyidov said, stressing that Armenia is doing everything to halt the [negotiation process].
