Azerbaijani PM hails Turkey’s support in Karabakh conflict settlement


Turkey always stands by and strongly supports Azerbaijan in the settlement of the Armenia-Azerbaijan Nagorno-Karabakh conflict, Azerbaijan’s Prime Minister Novruz Mammadov said on Tuesday.

The prime minister made the remarks at a meeting with Turkey’s Foreign Minister Mevlut Cavusoglu in Baku July 24, APA reports.

Mammadov emphasized that fraternal relations between Azerbaijan and Turkey are of great importance for stability, security and development in the region.

He continued as saying “Azerbaijan and Turkey enjoy successful cooperation in all international organizations.”

“Friendly and fraternal relations between the heads of state and peoples of Azerbaijan and Turkey play an important role in further strengthening bilateral ties,” the prime minister added.
