“The OSCE Minsk Group should work more effectively towards the settlement of the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict,” said Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlut Cavusoglu as he met with the OSCE Minsk Group co-chairs Igor Popov of Russia, Stephane Visconti of France, Andrew Schofer of the United States and Personal Representative of the OSCE Chairperson-in-Office Andrzej Kasprzyk in Turkey.The Turkish FM Cavusoglu noted that the problem should be resolved within the sovereignty, territorial integrity, and internationally recognized borders of Azerbaijan.
